EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Blesh Distribution Group is a private entity which was born in 2005 and its mainly objective being distribution of fast consumer goods mainly flour, sugar yeast to various local supermarkets namely but not limited to Ok Zimbabwe , Spar retail and various individual supermarketst. In 2010 we then diversified to Fish Bay Zimbabwe which was located in mbare musika.The company mainly was to bridge the distribution divide between the suppliers and the consumers.Our main area of specialisation was mainly fish business, being to offer fish and fish products from the cheapest the most expensive.The core business was to cater for every customer that is from the lowest member in the society to the most affluent.Fish bay products range was from a sardine at $0.17 per fish to the baby shark, octopus, garopa, cuttle fish, prawns , crocodile tail , kingklip at $18 per kg. We did not limit ourselves to only the basic as we believe in extra ordinary that all the harvest from the water can be brought to the dinner table.
As we belive in competitive and cost saving methods in 2015 we brought more 2 divisions to the portfolio that si Induna Ice and BED Zim. As we were moving our local fish from Kariba and surrounding areas we needed ice blocks and bulk coolers. Induna Ice was to run production of Ice products to help preserve fish when it will be in transit from Kariba to Harare.As the Ice blocks were made to highest standards most customers showed interest in it and the brand was well appreciated on the market.Induna ice increased production from 100 x 8Kg ice blocks per day to 350 x 8Kg ice blocks per each run.Our Ice blocks were supplied in Total service stations, Zuva eastlea , Ok and Bon Marche supermarkets.The product has been a brand to reckon with as our motto "If u can't use a sledge hammer to break it then its not from us".
Blesh Engineering Division
BED Zim which simply translates to Blesh Engineering division was to fabricate bulk coolers and mantain our cold chain as well.Our main objective being to fabricate coldrooms , freezer rooms, bulk coolers , compressor repairs and rebuilds, freezer blower fabrications and maintenance and installation of freezer units.All our coolers and freezer rooms fall under maintenance of this entity.Nevertheless as we wanted to limit ourselves to our in house maintenance we began to get external enquiries.We believe in favourably priced workmanship without compromising on quality .BED Zim had fabricated various mobile freezers which have been sold and rented in many areas in Zimbabwe. BED also is into automation and private power solutions we assemble big generators starting with 30KVa going upwards. Our workmanship can also be notices in SADC countries as we have backed up work for most technicians in areas not limited to Lusaka and Blantyre where we did reefer container maintenance.
Bed Zim is only company with a record of repairing Maneuro compressor on the market.We believe that nothing is impossible hence we turn impossibilities into opportunities

Ma-Baker Yeast
This is our bakery additives supply division. Having done a market research in Zimbabwe, we come to the conclusion that the yeast industry was a monopoly with manufacturing only done by Anchor Yeast. Our observation was that Zimbabwean customers were not getting a variety of yeast as their other counterparts in the SADC region, hence the born of Ma-Baker Yeast in 2008. Ma Baker yeast is the only company processing the instant yeast in Zimbabwe, our target market being those who can not access refrigeration and those who wants to go the extra mile in saving.
Induna Ice
The sledge hammer breaker ,this is an ice making division. Our ice which is blasted at very low temperatures is made to last the customers the whole journey through. We have pride in our ice hence our motto “If you can`t use a sledge hammer to break it, then its not from us”. This ice is made for the customers who move perishables from regions with high temperatures as this will last for more days.
Fish Bay Zimbabwe
Fish Bay also have an Agro business division which distributes white meats namely pork and chicken to various butcheries.Issue is to support our local farmers and hence offer product with highest quality at favourable prices to the market.Health of our customers is put as a highest priority hence strigent inspections are made upon receipt of stocks.The only thing which have beat our price is our quality hence our challenge if u can identify anyone who can beat our price you are entitled to a 50% discount.
